Show Notes:

1> Synch iPhone with iTunes to Back up Data

2> Restore iPhone using iTunes to get the latest firmware

3> Use AppTapp Installer to Install Installer.app from the Nullriver beta Site and follw the instructions here

4> Run Installer on the iPhone -- Check out iPhone Atlas for How to install apps for the iPhone

ALL from within installer.app
>> Update to latest version of Installer if an update is available
>>>>> If Installer is updated, restart Installer to make the latest version active
>> Install the BSD Subsystem Package
>> Install the Launcher Package
>> Install the Community Sources Package

Now log on to IRC #installer.app and say Thank-You!!!!

OK, back to installer...
>> Under Tweaks, install SBKb
>> Under Utilities, install Erica's Utilities
>> Under Multimedia, Install VNotes

There! Now your iPhone is Uber like the rest of us c00l g33ks... :-P
You're on your own from here. Check the installer often for updates. All apps installed via installer will auto-magically be placed within the Launcher.
